19" Monitor - Computer Setup

A monitor that big, I thought it was gonna be 1440, or 4k. Turns out it's a tv. :(
Thanks! Yeah im not rich enough to buy 4K, not only are 4K's expensive but it would also require a much beefier GPU in order to get smooth fps. I just like it big so i got a cheap fullhd tv. I find it sharp enough allthough i sit like 80cm away from it.
With the price of them you should be asking why not a 3tb hard drive. I have one and its awesome
Is it cheaper than a 1TB?
No but it's only like 30-50 bucks more depending on what brand you go with, I'd only reccomend a 1 tb for budget rigs a 3tb plus 120-240gb ssd is the way to go
As with all internet answers.. Porn duhh!
Next gen games are coming on 50gb+ blu-rays. Be prepared for tough decisions on small hard drives soon.
Jeez ok i was on a 500 dollar budget but if i run out of space ill buy another terabyte
How do you keep it so clean?
I just dont have a lot of stuff, so it kinda can not get messy :) Actually i still dont find it clean enough. I need to find a solution to hide all the cables.
This is way nicer than all the ones with loads of gadgets and shit everywhere.
How do you like the 350D? I'm pretty sure that us the case I want for a new build, but I'm not completely sold.
Im not completely happy about it. Sure, it is not bad, but there should be better cases in that price range. I do not recommend using the fans it came with, since they are a bit too loud for me. The top fan-placeholders lack dustfilters, so i bought two 140mm ones with magnets. The cable managment is pretty good, it is possible to make the build look clean and tidy. Allthough it is a mATX case, it is far from being too cramped and putting everything in its place was a piece of cake. The SSD bays are not that good though, because when i tried to remove one of the bays i kinda broke it. Maybe i dont get how one should pull them apart. Other than that the build quality is solid. Oh, and either i overlooked it while building it, or it does indeed not have a speaker. Also, the hdd bays do have vibration dampening screws, but they do not seem to work at all. Either that or my HDD is unusually loud. Not really sure if i can recommend the 350D, it is definately overpriced, but coming from generic brand cases it is the best i have had.
.. I literally paid NZ$200 for the windowed model, just yesterday ..
Try calling them, you may still be able to cancel if they have not shipped yet.
How do you find using the TV as a monitor? Does stuff look blurry because of the huge size to not-so-huge resolution? Also doesn't it hurt your neck after a while because you're having to look up at an angle.
Thank you! In my opinion high def is not about sharpness. Many people think that, and the ads say "sharper than reality". But there is no sharper than reality. It's just that people either sit too far away, or have a small screen. Thus the pixels are cramped in their sight, making it appear sharper. As a matter of fact, a screen around 40 inches with 1080p resolution is sharp enough so that you actually have to sit about 1,3meters in front of it to fully take benefit of the details. There is no use in using 1080p or even 4K, when the screen is too small. Your Eye can see only a limited amount of details depending on distance and screen size. So long story short, no, it is absolutely not blurry.
Okay thanks for clearing stuff up. All I have is a 19" monitor @ 1366x768 so I definitely need to upgrade some time soon.
